The eCHo restaurant fully commits to the tradition of the Swiss cuisine. Everything is prepared according to original recipes and the dishes are presented with flair and creativity. The traditional menu is complemented by seasonal specialties every week.

Fresh, Local, Attention to details

With our Swiss specialties, we only use fresh and local products. Our tasteful mountain cheese is made with milk from our cow Gretli on the Alp “Hinterhuismatt” in the Canton of Nidwalden. Enjoy our home-grown wine creation “Zürich Marriott Cuvée Exclusive” for dinner or any other special occasion.

Are you looking for a location to celebrate birthdays, baptisms, weddings, anniversaries or other festive events? Our eCHo Restaurant is most appropriate for smaller or larger parties. It is possible to book the whole restaurant exclusively for your event.

Tommy Götzfried, chef at Swiss eCHo Restaurant

May we introduce Tommy, our chef and kitchen rockstar #1. Since 2013, the perfectionist has been chef at the eCHo restaurant. He loves to create something completely new by using simple ingredients, for example a celery, in order to surprise and amaze his guests.

Siavash Radmand eCHo Restaurant Manager

Siavash Radmand, also known as Sia, welcomes you at our eCHo restaurant. Although he has roots in Persia, he has fully dedicated himself to Swiss cuisine.

Sebastian is fallen deeply in love with Zurich and the Zurich lake. He also loves to explore the mountains, rivers and lakes throughout Switzerland. His favourite item from the eCHo menu is “Züri Geschnetzeltes”.
