All the ingredients for our Swiss specialties are fresh and originate from the region. Our tasteful mountain cheese is made with milk from our cow Gretli on the Alp “Hinterhuismatt” in the Canton of Nidwalden. Enjoy our home-grown wine creation “Zürich Marriott Cuvée Exclusive” for dinner or any other special occasion.

In July, we begin with the canton of Zug, renowned for its aromatic cherries (“Chriesi”). The Zug specialties are best enjoyed as a harmonious three-course menu. Of course, all dishes can also be ordered individually.
