All the ingredients for our Swiss specialties are fresh and originate from the region. Our tasteful mountain cheese is made with milk from our cow Gretli on the Alp “Hinterhuismatt” in the Canton of Nidwalden. WILD GAME WEEKS
eCHo Restaurant celebrates the wild game season with a selection of seasonal specialties from 2 September to 15 October 2026. Discover carefully crafted dishes ranging from hearty venison stew to venison loin, carved tableside for a memorable dining experience. Accompanied by autumn favourites such as porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, braised red cabbage and cranberries, each dish showcases the authentic flavours of the season.

Alongside our popular Chäs Fondue, another Swiss classic is enriching our menu. From October 2026 to March 2027, we invite you to enjoy Raclette or all-you-can-eat Raclette, served with traditional accompaniments.
