All the ingredients for our Swiss specialties are fresh and originate from the region. Our tasteful mountain cheese is made with milk from our cow Gretli on the Alp “Hinterhuismatt” in the Canton of Nidwalden. Enjoy our home-grown wine creation “Zürich Marriott Cuvée Exclusive” for dinner or any other special occasion.

In August, one legendary sausage takes center stage and, traditionally, it is served without mustard. Anyone who orders mustard is immediately recognized as a tourist. To fully enjoy these Eastern Swiss specialties, we recommend our perfectly balanced three-course menu. Of course, each course can also be ordered individually.
